BARRE- RESURFACING & RELATED WORK ON ROUTE 122 (WEST STREET) INCLUDES ROUTE 62 (HUBBARDSTON ROAD)
This resurfacing project consists of 2" milling and resurfacing on a section Rte 122 and a section of Rte 62 in Barre. Section 1 is state-owned and begins just west of the intersection of Rte 122 and Pleasant St at mm 48.265 and proceeds westerly to the Barre/Petersham TL mm 52.074 for 3.809 miles. Section 2 is town owned and begins just east of the intersection of Rte 62 and Valley Rd mm 0.53 and proceeds easterly to the Hubbardston T L at mm 4.11 for 3.58 miles. Work includes new pavement markings, guardrail ends, repairing sidewalks and wheelchair ramps, and other incidental items.
