Project Description:
LUDLOW- SIGNAL & INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT EAST STREET AND CHAPIN STREET
The intersection improvements will consist of a fully actuated traffic signal system including a phase for left turn movements in all directions, widening of pavement to accommodate the left turn lanes, and an actuated controlled pedestrian cross walk system. Additionally, storm drainage system upgrades will be installed along East Street.
