DOUGLAS- NORTHBRIDGE- SUTTON- UXBRIDGE- RESURFACING & RELATED WORK ON ROUTE 146 (PROVIDENCE PIKE)

The Project extends along Route 146 in Uxbridge, from just north of the Chocolog Road interchange, northerly about 4.4 miles to the Douglas Town Line, then continuing another 0.3± miles in Douglas to the Douglas/Sutton Town Line, a total distance of approximately 4.7 miles. The project includes cold planing and resurfacing the existing mainline & ramp roadway surfaces, adjusting, rebuilding, and remodeling drainage structures, resetting sloped granite edging, replacing and adding new Type A Berm, guardrail replacement and upgrades, and clearing and grubbing to re-establish clear zones. Incidental work includes installing permanent pavement markings, sign replacement, and instituting traffic control during construction operations.
