Project Description:
SPENCER- RECONSTRUCTION OF MAPLE STREET (ROUTE 31) FROM BEMIS STREET TO MAIN STREET (ROUTE 9)
The work under this project consists of the reconstruction of Maple Street (Route 31 Phase 1) beginning just south of the intersection of Bemis Street and continuing northerly for a distance of approximately 2,900 linear feet to the intersection with Main Street (Route 9/31). The project shall include roadway rehabilitation, sidewalk improvements with ADA conforming wheelchair ramps, drainage improvements, improvements to traffic operations, new signs and pavement markings, pedestrian and streetscape enhancements.
