TEWKSBURY- RECONSTRUCTION OF RIVER ROAD, FROM THE TRULL BROOK TO THE ANDOVER T.L.

The project consists of widening River Road in Tewksbury from the Trull Brook crossing easterly 3600 feet to the Andover Town line. The proposed roadway cross section has a total width of 30 feet consisting of two 11 foot lanes and 4 foot shoulders. A sidewalk is proposed on the south side of River Road within the project limits. The project also includes full depth pavement construction, cold planning and overlay, roadway realignment, granite curbing, new drainage system, pavement markings, signing, minor landscaping and other incidental works. Right of way impacts are expected to be limited to temporary construction and permanent drainage easements.
