SOUTHAMPTON- REHABILITATION OF EAST STREET, FROM COLLEGE HIGHWAY EASTERLY TO COUNTY ROAD (2.6 MILES)
The scope of work includes the implementation of infrastructure and safety improvements to East Street, from College Highway (Route 10) to the Holyoke Town Line, a distance of 2.6 miles. The improvements include rehabilitation of the existing pavement, addressing isolated geometry and drainage deficiencies, constructing new sidewalks, widening for improved bike accommodations, supplementing the existing closed drainage system and performing culvert rehabilitation.
