WORCESTER- BRIDGE REHABILITATION, W-44-010, (STATE ROUTE 12) WEBSTER STREET OVER MIDDLE RIVER
The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the existing bridge carrying Webster Street over Middle River due to its historical significance. If the rehabilitation is not reasonable due to extreme costs and/or safety, the bridge is to be replaced.
