The project consists of Dumping Ground (landfill) closures at seven maintenance facilties in District Four. They are:
Andover-(excavation and removal/wetland restoration/drainage work), Braintree, Haverhill and Lexington (all modified soil cap), Peabody (modified soil/paving cap), Reading (modifed soil cap/drainage work) and Rowley (modified soil cap)
