CLINTON- RECONSTRUCTION & RELATED WORK ON WATER STREET AND BOLTON ROAD (1.2 MILES)
Water Street will be reconstructed from High Street to the Clinton/Bolton town line, a project length of approximately 1.2 miles. The proposed improvements includes a combination of reconstruction and resurfacing, sidewalk construction or reconstruction, and upgrading or installation of drainage structures. The proposed widening will provide bicycle accommodation.
