LOWELL- SIGNAL & INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT VFW HIGHWAY, BRIDGE STREET & LAKEVIEW AVENUE
The Bridge Street and Lakeview Avenue intersection in Lowell is currently number 170 on the Top Thousand High Crash Locations list with 157 accidents occurring over three years. This project is intended to address safety concerns at the intersection. The project will update the existing signals and install pedestrian signals at the intersection.
