WESTFIELD- COLUMBIA GREENWAY RAIL TRAIL CONSTRUCTION (NORTH SECTION), FROM COWLES COURT ACCESS RAMPS TO THE WESTFIELD RIVER BRIDGE, INCLUDES REHAB OF W-25-036 (WESTFIELD RIVER CROSSING)
Phase III of this project involves construction of that portion of the trail from Cowles Court to the Westfield River, including work on the bridge crossing the Westfield River. The length of phase III is 853 ft or 0.16 mile.
