MEDFORD- SOMERVILLE- INTERSTATE MAINTENANCE & RELATED WORK ON I-93

The work for this project includes resurfacing, cold-planing and placement of hot mix asphalt, adjustment of drainage and utility structures, guardrail repairs and/or upgrades, maintenance related work on bridge decks and joints, and placment of pavement markings. The project starts in Somerville at MM 20.85, thence northerly through the Medford/Somerville City Line to the Medford/Stoneham Town Line ending approximately at MM 24.55. Work shall also include all ramp systems and interchanges within the above I-93 mainline limits. Project length is 4.0 miles (approximately 21,120 linear feet.).
