Project Description:
FALL RIVER- BRIDGE BETTERMENT, F-02-045, ROUTE 24 (NB & SB) OVER BEDFORD STREET
The work for the Route 24 bridge over Bedford Street shall consist of reconstructing the bridge and approach wearing surface; replacing the reinforced concrete deck slab; extending the proposed deck at the median area for a wider bridge; replacing the reinforced concrete approach slab for a wider approach; erecting two additional beams for the widening at the median area; constructing a new reinforced concrete median; upgrading the bridge rail; upgrading the approach guard rail; replacing missing anchor bolts; and repairing the existing substructure.
