MALDEN- REHABILITATION ON PLEASANT STREET, FROM MALDEN CITY HALL TO MAIN STREET

The project includes concrete pavement restoration and/or rehabilitation of Pleasant Street from Malden City Hall to Main Street. The pavement restoration/rehabilitation work at the connecting sides streets, consisting of Abbott Street, Washington Street, Dartmouth Street and Main Street is limited to within 25 feet of each respective intersection. The work also includes installation or repair of brick sidewalk; concrete sidewalk; ornamental lighting, flowering trees and other streetscape amenities; pedestrian ramps; crosswalks; signals and pavement markings. An open parking lot will also be installed in the vicinity of the former Linden Avenue with access from Pleasant Street.
