Project Description:
BILLERICA- REHABILITATION ON BOSTON ROAD (ROUTE 3A) FROM BILLERICA TOWN CENTER TO FLOYD STREET
The proposed improvements will provide a consistent cross section of four lanes with shoulders and sidewalks between the Town center and Floyd Street. New traffic signals will be installed. Improved access will be implemented. Drainage will be upgraded. The Town Center will be reconfigured and signals upgraded to improve traffic operations.
