LOWELL- HAMILTON CANAL WALKWAY CONSTRUCTION & REHAB OF L-15-100 (RAILROAD PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE)
The project includes the conversion of an existing trolley bridge into a pedestrian bridge over Swamps Locks Basin in Lowell. Historic bridge railing will be installed as part of the bridge work. Also included in the project is the construction of a walkway along Hamilton Canal between Thorndike Street and Revere Street.
