AGAWAM- WEST SPRINGFIELD- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, A-05-002=W-21-014, ROUTE 147 OVER THE WESTFIELD RIVER & INTERSECTION & SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS @ 3 LOCATIONS
The purpose of this project is to reconstruct/widen the Rte 147 Bridge over the Westfield River along with intersection reconstruction and new traffic signals at 3 adjacent locations (including connecting roadway) is required to relieve congestion.
