Project Description:
HUNTINGTON- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, H-27-006, (CSX DESIGN/BUILD - ABP-CSX2)
This project shall consist of superstructure replacement of the portion of Bridge that carries State Route 112 Worthington Road over the CSX tracks in Huntington. This bridge project is part of a program to elevate the highway bridge vertical clearance to 21 feet over rail tracks at fourteen crossings, between the Worcester and the New York line. This will allow double stack freight trains to travel on this important segment of the CSX rail line.
