Rehabilitation of an abandoned railroad bridge over the Charles River in Newton and Wellesley for use as a pedestrian bridge and the construction of bridge approaches which include trail and amenities to the bridge. The approaches include a permanent bridge approach on the Newton side and an interim bridge approach on the Wellesley side of the bridge.
