ANDOVER- BERLIN- CHELMSFORD- SOUTHBOROUGH- INSTALLATION OF PERMANENT GROUND MOUNTED CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGNS (CMS) ON I-495
Changeable Message Signs will be installed on I-495 southbound approximately 0.4 miles north of the I-93 Interchange in Andover. New guardrail will be installed to protect the CMS sign, solar panel array and battery box. Foundations will also be poured for the CMS sign support structure.
