Project Description:
STURBRIDGE- HOLLAND- INTERSTATE MAINTENANCE & RELATED WORK ON I-84
This project consists of resurfacing I-84 in Holland and Sturbridge. The total length of this project is approximately 7.5 miles and includes the ramps at Exits 1, 2, and 3. The work consists of micromilling and resurfacing the mainline, bridge decks, and ramps; partial-depth and full-depth bridge deck repairs; bridge joint repairs; clearing and grubbing; adjusting, rebuilding, and remodeling drainage structures; replacing frames and grates with hook-lock frames and grates; resetting granite edging, granite curbing, and granite curb inlets; replacing HMA berm; resetting guardrail; replacing traffic data collection stations; stormwater improvements; and installing recessed polyurea pavement markings throughout the project.
