WORCESTER- BLACKSTONE CANAL DISTRICT STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS
Proposed improvements include resurfacing, widened sidewalks with upgraded materials, installation of street furniture, including benches, bike racks, and waste receptacles, water elements representing the Blackstone Canal, enhanced signage, plantings and street trees, decorative street lighting, and improved pedestrian crossings.
