CHESTER- RETAINING WALL REPLACEMENT ALONG ROUTE 20
This project will replace an existing, failed, dry-laid stone retaining wall with a cast-in-place reinforced concrete retaining wall. The wall supports the highway (fill section), and is not visible from the roadway. The failed wall is approximately 30 ft long and 7 ft high, and lies between two sections of reinforced concrete retaining wall; the proposed wall will connect these two existing wall sections.
