CHELMSFORD- LOWELL- GUIDE & TRAFFIC SIGN REPLACEMENT ON THE LOWELL CONNECTOR
This project will provide for the replacement and updating of all guide and traffic signs along the Lowell Connector from the I-495/US 3 interchange (Exits 1 and 2) northerly to and including the Gorham Street interchange (Exit 5C), including applicable signs on intersecting streets.
