Project Description:
READING- SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL (PARKER MIDDLE SCHOOL)
The proposed pedestrian safety/access improvement project will include approximately 500’ of sidewalk with curbing on Washington Street, approximately 650’ of sidewalk with curbing on Sunnyside Avenue, approximately 150’ of sidewalk with curbing on Temple Street and a small section of sidewalk with grass panel and curbing at the intersection of Temple and Woburn Streets. The proposed improvements will also include new pavement markings, new traffic and pedestrian warning signs, and some minor drainage modifications.
