MEDFORD- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT ON I-93 CORRIDOR
The superstructure replacement of 14 bridges carrying I-93 in the City of Medford, MA (7 northbound and 7 adjacent southbound). The bridge decks are in poor condition and in need of rehabilitation. Each superstructure will be replaced over the course of one weekend, utilizing traffic crossovers to allow two lanes each way on the adjacent higway bridge. Weekend lane restriction to begin June 1 and end Sept. 1 of 2011.
