FREETOWN- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, F-09-017, CHACE ROAD OVER ROUTE 140
The purpose of this project is to replace the Chace Road Bridge over Route 140. The deck and superstructure are in poor condition. There is deterioration of the precast concrete beam ends and impact damage at several locations due to limited underclearance over Route 140. The substructure has extensive cracking and spalling.
