Project Description:
OAKHAM- RUTLAND- RESURFACING & RELATED WORK ON ROUTE 122, FROM ROUTE 122A IN RUTLAND TO THE OAKHAM/BARRE T.L.
This project consists of resurfacing Route 122 in Oakham and Rutland. The southern limit of this project is the southern end of the median at the intersection with Route 122A in Rutland (mm 39.0±). The northern limit of this project is the Oakham / Barre Town Line (mm 43.7±). The total length of this project is approximately 4.7 miles. The scope of work includes: micromilling and resurfacing of the mainline; installing recessed polyurea pavement markings throughout this project; clearing and grubbing to re-establish clear zones; adjusting, rebuilding, and remodeling drainage structures; replacing all frames and grates with hook-lock frames and grates; resetting existing salvageable guardrail; and replacing existing substandard guardrail.
