Municipal NBI; SD (6-4-5); AASHTO=48; POSTED (16-25-36); Bridge S-33-005 is a two span continuous reinforced concrete Tee beam bridge that was built in 1938. There are 4 beams/3 bays. The beams are rated a 4 and require Special member inspections.
