BOSTON- CHELSEA- POWER, LIGHTING, COMMUNICATION, CONDUIT & WIRING UPGRADES TO TOBIN BRIDGE, EXPANSION OF CCTV, VMS, RTMS
Establish a method in which a variety of electrical wiring upgrades are made to the Maurice J. Tobin Memorial Bridge to improve safety for motorists, improve the electrical/communications capabilities of all related operational facilities, and expand CCTV, VMS and RTMS systems
