BOSTON- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, B-16-181, WEST ROXBURY PARKWAY OVER MBTA
The proposed project consists of the replacement of the existing Arthur J. Lewis Bridge superstructure and rehabilitation of the bridge substructure carrying West Roxbury Parkway utilizing accelerated bridge construction methods. The bridge spans the MBTA commuter rail Needham Line between the Holy Name Rotary and Belgrade Avenue. Bicycle accommodation consisting of 5’ buffered bicycle lanes have been provided in accordance with applicable design guides.
