HOLYOKE- IMPROVEMENTS TO LOWER WESTFIELD ROAD ON I-91 (INTERCHANGE 15)
Following the Road Safety Audit this project is expected to include new pavement markings and signage, and signal timing and equipment upgraded. The roadway will be widened to accommodate bicyclists and sidewalks will be included where possible.
