Project Description:
NEW BEDFORD- CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS AND RELATED WORK ON COGGESHALL STREET, FROM PURCHASE STREET TO MITCHELL AVENUE
This project is intended to address poor pavement quality, traffic safety issues and the lack of multi-modal accommodation along the corridor. Work consists of roadway improvements, traffic signal upgrades and coordination along the corridor as well as improved accommodation for bicycles and pedestrians. Drainage will be upgraded along with the installation of new signage and pavement markings.
