Project Description:
ATHOL- PHILLIPSTON- MEDIAN DELINEATOR REPLACEMENT ON ROUTE 2, FROM SOUTH ATHOL ROAD TO 1,330 FT. WEST OF STATE ROAD (6 MILES)
A previous Route 2 Safety Project (602943) widened the roadway and installed delineators on the new quick-curb median area (advertised in 2004). This project would replace all the reflectorized delineator panels in the Qwick-curb safety median on a six mile section of Route 2 that was constructed originally in 2006-2007, and are becoming worn, cracked, faded, and otherwise deteriorated and require replacement.
