NORTHAMPTON- DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION BUILDING SITE WORK

The work to be done shall include, but not be limited to; full-depth pavement around perimeter of new building footprint and at drainage trench locations as noted and/or directed by the Engineer, milling and overlay of existing paved site area and lots including North and South drive areas, line striping, and pavement marking placement, signage R&R, removal and relocation of chain link fence, granite curb, wheelchair ramp work, removal and replacement of existing handrails at the existing East entrance steps, patching and repair of all existing building - brick skin areas including, but not limited to brick and granite step surfaces, removal of existing shrubbery, bushes and other miscellaneous plantings, installation of proposed planting beds and appurtenances, loam and seeding.
