CHELMSFORD- TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AT ROUTE 110 & ROUTE 495 (2 LOCATIONS)
This work consists of the installation of two traffic signals at the intersection of Route 495 and Route 110 (Exit 34). Also included is the addition of left turn lanes.
