NORTH ADAMS- INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT ROUTE 2 & PHELPS AVENUE
This project will address geometric and/or operational deficiencies at this 3-leg signalized intersection. The project will also upgrade pedestrian crossings, sidewalks and ramps to ADA compliance, and will upgrade the existing traffic signal to current standards.
