Project Description:
SOUTHAMPTON- SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL (WILLIAM E. NORRIS ELEMENTARY)
The proposed pedestrian safety/access improvement project will include sidewalks on College Highway (Route 10) and Pomeroy Meadow Road, and improved connectivity between the Norris School and the residential neighborhoods to the south. The proposed improvements will also include upgraded wheelchair ramps, new pavement markings, new traffic and pedestrian warning signs, and some minor drainage modifications.
