The project will resurface Route 213 in Methuen from milepoint 0.0 to 3.6 along with replacing the deck of M-17-024 and M-17-025, eastbound and westbound, over the Spicket River and performing substructure repairs to M-17-033 on I-495, northbound and southbound, over Route 213.
