The purpose of this project is to replace a structurally deficient bridge, improve safety and hydraulic conditions and perform moderate approach work & roadway transitions for Bridge No. C-18-020 carrying Heath Road over the Unnamed Tributary of the West Branch North River in the Town of Colrain.
