Project Description:
BUCKLAND- RECONSTRUCTION AND BICYCLE ACCOMMODATION ON ROUTE 112
The purpose of this project is to provide bicycle and pedestrian accommodation throughout this section of Route 112 (Ashfield Road) in the town of Buckland, MA, as well as upgrading conditions of problematic drainage and adjusting a vertical curve and its site distance to better meet standards. Based on Engineering Directive E-20-001 this project is exempt from Transit, Ramp, Design Loading, and Vertical Clearance Controlling Criteria. This project will have to comply with and supply supplemental documentation for Pedestrian and Bicycle Facilities and FHWA Controlling Criteria.
