MIDDLEBOROUGH- INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS & RELATED WORK AT JOHN GLASS SQUARE

This project is intended to improve traffic flow along with multi-modal accommodation and safety at John Glass Square, which is a 6-legged intersection located in a small urban Central Business District. The approach streets are: Centre Street, Centre Avenue, Everett Street, High Street and Station Street. A second location to be addressed is the nearby intersection of Centre Street and Oak Street to the East. Each of these intersections experience considerable pedestrian traffic. The project is also intended to provide street side amenities for bicyclists and pedestrians.
