WATERTOWN- REHABILITATION OF MOUNT AUBURN STREET (ROUTE 16)
Projects involves the recontruction of Mount Auburn Street from the Cambridge City Line to the intersection with Summer Street, just east of Watertown Square, approximately 9,300 feet. The project involves revising the roadway geometry including roadway diet reduction of available number of lanes. Safety improvements, multi-modal accomodations including shared or exclusive bike lanes. Improvements to the exising traffic signal equipment and improved ADA amenities at intersections.
