BRIMFIELD- STURBRIDGE- RESURFACING & RELATED WORK ON ROUTE 20, BEGINNING EAST OF NEW HOLLAND ROAD (MM 87.8), ENDING WEST OF GALILEO DRIVE (MM 91.9)

The project will consist of milling and resurfacing Route 20 in Brimfield and Sturbridge, beginning just east of New Holland Road in Brimfield and continuing easterly, ending just west of Galileo Drive in Sturbridge for a total length of 4.06 miles. This project will also include adjusting and/or rebuilding drainage structures, resetting highway guardrail, installing milled rumble strips at shoulders, durable wet reflective recessed pavement markings, slotted pavement markers, proposed signage, solar powered driver feedback sign, two lane classification traffic data station, HMA berm and curb, safety controls, erosion-sedimentation control measures, and other incidental items.
