WESTFIELD- WESTFIELD RIVER LEVEE MULTI-USE PATH CONSTRUCTION, FROM FRANKLIN AVENUE TO WILLIAMS RIDING WAY (NEAR MEADOW STREET)

The proposed project consists of constructing a multi-use path in the City of Westfield, along the Westfield River levee, beginning at Franklin Avenue and extending to Williams Riding Way near Meadow Street, for a total length of approximately 1.53 miles. The project will include the construction and installation of retaining walls, bicycle rail, bicycle racks, park benches, trash receptacles, landscaping and decorative bollards.
