Project Description:
WESTPORT- RESURFACING AND RELATED WORK ON ROUTE 88 FROM MILE MARKER 1.2 (JUST NORTH OF DRIFT ROAD) NORTHERLY TO MILE MARKER 7.5, JUST SOUTH OF OLD COUNTY ROAD
This is intended to be a pavement preservation project. The purpose is to improve rideability and safety. In addition, proposed related work includes cleaning of catch basins and installation of new catch basins and manholes. Install new guard rail. Remove and reset old guard rail. Remove and rest curbing. Selective clearing and thinning of vegetation along the roadside.
