Project Description:
NORTH ANDOVER- CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS ON ROUTE 114, BETWEEN WAVERLY ROAD AND WILLOW/MILL STREET
The project will upgrade traffic signals and improve safety along the corridor, install new signals at the Royal Crest Apartments and new access drive to Merrimack College, add sidewalks and formalize pedestrian crossings especially in the vicinity of Merrimack College, add turning lanes, bicycle accommodations and storm water treatment facilities.
