Project Description:
METHUEN- HAVERHILL- MERRIMAC- AMESBURY- TRAFFIC & GUIDE SIGN REPLACEMENT ON A SECTION OF I-495
This project will consist of replacing existing guide and traffic signs, and support structures, along Interstate 495 between Route 213 (Exit 47) in Methuen and Route 150 (Exit 54) in Amesbury, including applicable signing on secondary roadways. The purpose of this project is to improve driver safety by replacing signs and supports nearing the end of their servicable life with new signs and supports meeting current retroreflectivity and design standards.
