Project Description:
REHOBOTH- INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS & RELATED WORK AT WINTHROP STREET (ROUTE 44) AND ANAWAN STREET (ROUTE 118)
Work on this project consists of improvements at the intersection of Route 44 and Route 118. This intersection has been identified as a high crash location within the Southeast Massachusetts Region. Improvements multi-modal accommodation will be included.

    Current Status: The Contractor plans to work on sidewalks over the next several weeks along with traffic lighting work, Sidewalk installation is expected to require detours 6/16/25 and 6/17/25 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM to complete work. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Expect periodic lane closures and restrictions. Roadway closed to traffic detour in place, (as of 06/11/2025)
