DISTRICT 5- IMPLEMENTATION OF FLASHING YELLOW ARROW AT VARIOUS TRAFFIC SIGNALS
The purpose of this project is to upgrade eligible existing State Highway Signals to include a Flashing Yellow Arrow display, which has a proven safety benefit. This project consists mostly of new overhead signal structures (mast arms, span wires) and is a follow-up to work that is underway or was completed under 608113.
